Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LittleBites, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

LittleBites generates personalised meal ideas, estimated portions and grocery lists based on the information you provide. Output is for general informational and planning purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Accounts for children must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed through our payment processor.
• Prices are shown in Euro. Applicable VAT or sales tax is handled by our payment processor where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

6. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with Premium, contact us on Instagram within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn a 40% recurring commission on qualifying Premium subscriptions referred through their unique link. Payouts are processed once your confirmed balance reaches €25 and any applicable holding period has passed. Fraudulent referrals or self-referrals will be rejected and may lead to removal from the program.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access limits, infringe intellectual property, transmit harmful code, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software in LittleBites is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or resell any part of the service without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

LittleBites is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Meal plans and nutrition estimates are not medical advice, dietary prescriptions or allergen guarantees. Always verify ingredients, read labels, and consult a healthcare professional for individual needs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleBites and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
