• Child profiles: first name or nickname, age, sex, height, weight, activity level and any allergies you choose to enter.
• Meal plans: generated meals, replacements and saved plans.
• Payment data: handled directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to generate personalised meal plans, manage your subscription, provide customer support, improve the app, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing meal plans), with your consent, or where we have a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.

We share limited data only with trusted service providers (hosting, authentication and payments) under strict confidentiality and security obligations.

We use essential browser storage (such as localStorage) to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

We keep your account data for as long as you have an active account. You can delete your account at any time; we will then remove personal data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

We use encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

LittleBites is intended for use by parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us on Instagram so we can delete it.
